I would imagine that It probably wont give 30% off the postage though. Then register, with your name, email etc for a BLURB account and start making your book.
Click on the book size you want and also if this is your first book and you want to keep things as straight forward as possible CLICK on the photo book option, as that will take you through to the area where you will be using their book making software BOOKIFY which I have mentioned to you before.
